In this article, we will cover a situation where, after purchasing the Advanced Woo Labels PRO plugin, the PRO features are still disabled in the admin dashboard.
PRO plugin features are disabled
Below, we describe the most common reasons why this happens and how to fix each of them.
Make sure the paid plugin version is installed
One possible reason why PRO features are not available is that the PRO plugin version is not installed or activated.

Make sure the plugin license is activated
Another - and the most common - reason for disabled PRO features is an inactive license key. An active license is required to use all PRO features.
Note: If your license is deactivated due to non-renewal, you will still be able to use PRO features, but you will lose access to plugin updates and support.
You can find your license key in the email you received after the purchase.
Go to the plugin settings page - open the License tab, paste the license key, and click the Activate License button.
